The second annual Good Beer celebration takes place tonight at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, with a roster of more than twenty brews, food from New York restaurants, homebrewing demonstrations, and more. Sponsored by Edible magazine, Stella Artois, the Brooklyn Brewery, and the Good Beer Seal, the evening will feature beer from such breweries as Fire Island Beer Company, Blue Point Brewing Company, Magic Hat, Peak Organic, Ommegang, Southampton Publick House, and Sixpoint Craft Ales, along with tasting plates from Esca, Gramercy Tavern, Sammy’s Roumanian, the Good Fork, Prime Meats, Northern Spy, and other eateries. Tickets include all food and drink but must be purchased in advance.
