This month, Tast of Korea NYC and the Korean Food Foundation have teamed up to highlight local Korean restaurants in the Korean Mobile Kitchen. The promotion finishes up this week with five days of free tastings of signature Korean barbecue dishes from three eating establishments, serving their delicacies from 11:30 to 2:00. On Monday, Koreatown’s Don’s Bogam will offer galbi (marinated short ribs) by Bryant Park; on Tuesday, Flushing’s Hahm Ji Bach will dole out samgyeopsal (pork belly) in Columbus Circle; on Wednesday, Don’s Bogam will offer spicy pork bulgogi on Park Ave. between 26th & 27th Sts.; on Thursday, Koreatown’s Kang Suh will serve galbi on Sixth Ave. at 52nd St.; and on Friday, Kang Suh will dish out spicy pork bulgogi in Union Square.
